Wow. Finally Grand Prix Singapore has ended, so is my job.
Working in F1 is a cool experience, getting to such close proximity with Grand Prix is definitely something you don't get to do everyday.
Well, let me give you guys a brief introduction about my work. I have been appointed by Hilton to work in the Ferrari suite of the Paddock Club, where most of the rich ferrari fans gather to watch their cars perform on the once normal roads of Singapore.
Working there was very tough and you would not last without some level of leg power as you would be on your feet for 10+ hours daily. Along with 7 or 8 SP students who were also appointed to the Ferrari suite, we really worked our asses off, reaching home at almost 2/3am and sleeping for less than 5 hours..
Let's hear about the good stuff. Only on Gold 95 FM. -.-
I get to see the Ferrari driver Felipe Massa in person, hear the raw power of the Formula 1, touch their tyres, see their cars and the best of all, make new friends(especially girls =D) The Hilton staff were friendly and I had an enjoyable time working with them. The only thing which really pissed me off were the non-sg staff. They had little or no understanding of english, they can't speak english. I had to sai-kang their work because they can't speak simple english. Fking Hell..
On the day of the Grand Prix, we had prepared additional champange glasses because we thought that Ferrari would win. To my utmost shock, bloody fuel hose stuck in Massa's car, bo bian have to stop to remove it, thus losing this first place lead.. The room was quiet and stunned.. I also tio stunned, because this shattered my dream of obtaining the Ferrari jacket. Nevertheless, I got a ferrari hat as a reward.
KKs, so here the pictures which I took at the F1 site.
